MAG7 is an algorithmically managed, on‑chain fund that seeks to maintain an equal weighting exposure to the "Magnificent 7" US technology equities by holding xStocks. The portfolio holds the 7 US tech xStocks that constitute the "Magnificent 7", and rebalances monthly to maintain an equal 14.3% weighting to each position. Exposure to stocks are provided via xStocks, which are tokenized securities issued by Backed Assets (JE) Limited ("Backed") and provide no claim or right to redeem the underlying asset. Units are issued and redeemed by autonomous smart contracts; assets are secured in a non-custodial multi-party-computation (MPC) treasury built on Portal's audited architecture using two parallel 2-of-2 CGGMP TSS circuits (four key-shares in total).

MAG7 tokens are not offered to, or for the account or benefit of, U.S. persons and may be restricted in other jurisdictions. No SEC registration statement has been filed. Distribution occurs solely under Regulation S and applicable local laws.
